With this approach, the customer is expected to participate in all aspects of the project, including design, implementation, and utilization.
In return, The SSRC brings accurate, reliable, and timely research results using methods and management that are cost-effective for the customer. The SSRC is dedicated to continuous quality improvement for all customers by providing timely information for data-driven decisions that improve programs, processes, outcomes, or systems.
The SSRC specializes in data collection and analysis for human service programs and the social sciences. The SSRC is equipped in various forms of research methods and data collection including household interviews, telephone surveys, focus groups, and mail surveys. We have accommodated all sizes of survey efforts from small telephone surveys of less than 200 people to larger mail surveys of thousands of families and individuals. Use of the Inquisite web survey software also allows us to administer surveys to larger numbers of individuals at lower costs. We work with customers to determine their data collection and research needs and how to best accommodate those needs given time and budget restrictions.
