Individual and corporate partners are essential to the ONFilm Festival’s success. While the ONFilm Festival is a partnership between Old Dominion University and the City of Norfolk, they contribute only about half of the festival’s overall budget. As a result, we rely on the generous support of outside organizations who help make this week-long series of events free or extremely affordable – and fun – for film lovers of all ages and interests.
