Registration

To register your school for the ODUMUNC XXXIII from 10-13 February 2010, please do the following:

  1. Download and review the ODUMUNC 2010 Conference registration packet
  2. After reviewing the registration packet, register your school using online conference registration. Please print the completed electronic form for your records. You may also complete the registration form return to:

To officially register your school for the conference, ODUMUN must receive both the registration form and initial registration fee, either separately or together, by the early or final registration deadlines. After receiving both registration and payment, country assignments will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form.

Name Badge Requests

To ensure your school's name badges are ready at registration, please submit one of the following:

  1. Register your delegates and sponsors through the on-line name badge request form.
  2. You may also send name badge requests by email to the Secretary-General at odumun@odu.edu with delegate list in the subject line. Please send your requests in the format Country, Committee, and Delegate Name (first name, last name), and indicate whether faculty or student.

Name badge requests received by the Secretary-General by the 22 January 2010 deadline will have their name badges ready for pick up at conference registration on 11 February 2010. If new name badge requests and/or current name changes are received after the deadline, ODUMUN cannot guarantee name badges at registration.

Name badges directly reflect the information provided to us. Please ensure correct name spellings, represented country/organization, and committee. ODUMUN will reprint name badges for a fee after initial badges are distributed. All misplaced badges will be assessed a reprinting fee. Badges with spelling or assignment errors made by ODUMUN will be reprinted at no charge as long as the name badge information provided by the request deadline is correct. 

Important Deadlines
2 October 2009:
Early Registration
Register early to ensure the best country selections. To register early, the completed registration form and $65 registration fee are due to ODUMUN by 2 October 2009. Make checks payable to the ODU Model United Nations Society.
11 December 2009:
Final Registration
The completed registration form and initial fee of $65 are due no later than 11 December 2009. An $80 late fee will be applied to all registrations received after that date. Final payments are due 15 January 2010.
15 January 2010:
All payments due and refund deadline
All remaining balances (delegate, delegation, additional faculty sponsor, and late fees) and refund requests are due.
22 January 2010:
Name badge request deadline
Your final list of delegate and faculty names for badges is due.
