To register your school for the 36th Annual ODU Model United Nations Conference, 14-17 February 2013, please:
1. Download and review the ODUMUNC 2013 Registration Packet.
2. Register your school on-Iine.
3. Pay your school fees online (service restored on 24 October) OR
Pay the initial $65 registration fee by check, payable to ODU Model UN and mailed to:
Model United Nations, BAL Room 2006, Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA 23529.

Important Financial Information
The registration fee of $65 is non-refundable. If refund requests are received on or before January 18, schools can be reimbursed 80 percent of other conference fees including delegation(s), delegate(s), and additional faculty sponsor fees. Requests must be received in writing by the ODUMUNC Secretary-General no later than January 18th.
No refund requests will be considered after the refund deadline of January 18th except for documented sickness or medical emergency, or official school closings due to weather.
As part of Old Dominion University, ODUMUN is subject to all University and Commonwealth of Virginia requirements, policies and procedures and as such may require additional supporting documentation for payment of refunds. We do not offer credit for future conferences.
In the event a school must drop an entire country delegation, please notify ODUMUN as soon as possible. The above stated refund policies apply.
