Master class to be announced
In a second joint project between Norfolk Chamber Consort and Diehn Concert Series, two prominent choreographers, Starr Foster of Starr Foster Dance Project and Beverly Cordoba Duane of Hampton University, will be joined by a noted local choreographer Tamika Steeley. They will converge on the stage of Old Dominion University's Theater for an evening of premieres with live music. Individual works by each choreographer will be followed by a collaborative piece incorporating ideas by all three choreographers. The performance will also feature the premieres of works by guest composers Christopher Cook and Petros Ovsepyan in addition to music composed and arranged by John Corigliano, Aurél Holló, Maurice Ravel and Andrey Kasparov.
